A room block is available at the Lancaster Marriott. Please visit the Travel page to book directly under the room block. We encourage you to book early, as availability is limited.
Dress Code: Semi-Formal Men – Suits or blazers are appropriate. Ties are encouraged but optional. Please wear dress shoes. Women – Floor-length gowns, knee-length or midi dresses, or a dressy pantsuit are all great options. Kindly avoid jeans, t-shirts, or sneakers. We also ask that guests refrain from wearing white or shades of white. Thank you for dressing to celebrate with us!
Convenient parking is available across the street from the venue at the East King Street Garage (150 East King Street). Overnight parking is $15. Guests staying at the Lancaster Marriott should park at the Penn Square Garage, as the hotel does not have its own dedicated parking facility.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, weather permitting. The reception and after party will be held indoors.
Hors d'oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour. Following, a plated dinner will be served. Beer, wine, and cocktails in addition to non-alcoholic drinks will be offered throughout the evening. More information regarding dietary restrictions and dinner options will be in the invite.
All smoking and vaping is NOT prohibited on-site. All smoking and vaping may take place outside of the premises on the street where ashtrays are located.
Yes, there will be an after-party at Bert and the Elephant, with additional details available on the "Schedule" page. Please indicate on your invitation whether you are interested in or planning to attend. Kindly note that this will be a cash bar, so please plan accordingly—we look forward to continuing the celebration with you.
