Golden is about 25 minutes west of downtown Denver and 40 minutes from Denver International Airport (DIA).
Hotel
We have reserved a block of rooms for our guests at the Denver Marriott West, conveniently located near our venue. The room block is available from Saturday, August 22, 2026 through Monday, August 24, 2026. Shuttle transportation will be provided from the hotel to the venue and back for all guests staying in the room block - details to come! Rooms do tend to fill up quickly, so we encourage guests to reserve as soon as possible to secure a room. You may cancel your reservation for no charge up until three days before arrival. Travel Note
Downtown Golden is very walkable - especially Washington Ave, where you’ll find restaurants, coffee shops, and the Clear Creek trail. For longer adventures or heading into Denver, rental cars and rideshares (Uber/Lyft) are widely available. If you have some extra time, we definitely recommend getting out and exploring! Enjoy a hike in the nearby foothills, take a relaxing walk along a local creek or trail, or head into the city for shopping, dining, and live music. There’s no shortage of things to do!
