Welcome Party!

For folks who are arriving a day early, we'd love to hang out with you! We'll be at the Whitefish State Park Picnic Area with games, great views, drinks, snacks, and dinner for everyone (BBQ, vegan, GF options). There's an $8 entrance fee per car that we're happy to reimburse you for. Also, it might be chilly, so don't forget your jackets!

Ceremony

We're dressing up, but you'll be walking on short trails and you'll be in the forest. So wear whatever you'll be comfortable in.
Parking is limited in the Fish Creek Amphitheater area. We encourage as much carpooling as possible and we're looking into the possibility of renting a shuttle to take people up the Going to the Sun Road.
Reception Dinner

Our reception is being held in the private dining room of the Firebrand Hotel. The meal is going to be buffet style, please mark any dietary preferences below. We are planning to have something for everyone!

Morning-After Coffee & Snacks

If you don't have an early flight, let us treat you to coffee and a snack at Wild Coffee! We'll be hanging out here all morning (9-11am), until an afternoon hike planned for 12 pm. We'd love to see you all, but definitely don't feel obligated if you want to sleep in or see more of the beautiful area!

Depending on your interest, we plan to do a celebratory hike afterwards to celebrate being in such a rad place with our best people. We can plan around all skill levels!
