We're Getting Married!

We went to the same high school but never knew each other. Bill was a year older and went away to college in Michigan while Bri was a senior in highschool. While back at home, Bill ended up making friends with a mutual friend while at community college that Bri danced with in high school. That friend ended up having a party that she invited both Bri and Bill to. We immediately hit it off but did not plan on dating due to our college plans. We spent the whole summer together with an understanding that we would stay friends but go our own ways. WELL, that didn't happen... 4 years of traveling back and forth from Michigan to Iowa and Iowa to Michigan, we built something that we never expected. We both got to make friends and memories at each other's colleges and spent summers together in between. We watched each other graduate and moved home to finally live together. After 2 years in our one bedroom apartment, we had started to build our careers and saved up enough money to buy our first home together, last June. Shortly thereafter (About time as Bri would say) Bill proposed. Coming up on 8 years together, we are so excited to make "together forever" official!
