We want to thank everyone for making the time to celebrate our marriage and especially for traveling to a place that's so important to us. You'll find our recommendations under What To Do, but let's start with getting here and some logistics!
For those flying, the easiest airport is Sacramento International Airport (SMF) and we recommend staying downtown - the historic city is vibrant, charming, and has an awesome food scene! We have a room block at The Kimpton Sawyer and will be hosting a casual welcome event on Friday at MIX Downtown.
The wedding venue is located in Cool, California (yes, really) which is about a 50 min drive from Downtown - surrounded by hiking, golf, rivers/lakes and wine tasting. For those looking to be closer to the venue, we recommend staying in the Auburn area (~20 min drive to the venue).
We recommend taking an Uber to the ceremony, but we will be providing shuttles for the way home which will make stops in DT Auburn and Sacramento at the Kimpton Hotel.
