Marie and Asena grew up down the street from each other in San Bruno. Distance did not keep these two apart and they have all the letters from one another to prove it! Over the last thirty years they have stayed in touch, never skipping a beat. Fond memories include dancing to Beyonce and taking goofy photos. Marie is trustworthy, honest and has been there for Asena since day one. Aside from being an incredible mother, one of Maire's many achievements is being inducted into Skyline College Athletic Hall of Fame for Women's Soccer 2008-2010.
Conor Bihn
Best Man
Taylor was about two years old when he became a big brother to Conor. Unlike Taylor, Conor loves to read, he graduated from Humboldt State and had plans to teach overseas until 2020 put those plans on hold. He is still active in his community serving as Petaluma High School's JV basketball head coach and works at a teen treatment and rehab center for young boys. Conor enjoys hiking with his dog Wrigley, loves watching sports and relaxing with friends after a long work week.
Maika Vera
Groomsman
Maika was blessed with a little sister when he was two years old. Maika and Asena developed a love hate relationship as any siblings do but their sibling bond has strengthened over the years. Fond memories include staying up late laughing, swimming at their grandparents house and taking drives together. Maika and Taylor's relationship continues to grow as they work on projects, cook meals and work out together. They both enjoy sharing their tricks of their trade. Maika's hobbies include health, nutrition and heavy weight lifting. He has a goal to join the 1,000 club by the end of the year.
Sophie Bihn
Bridesmaid
Sophie is Taylor's only sister. Their bond has remained strong over the years and Taylor would do anything for her. Bonding memories include watching Disney movies, exploring Disneyland and all the family trips in Downieville. Sophie is an established varsity head basketball Coach at Petaluma High School and won Best High School Coach for Petaluma People's Choice Awards 2020. She also works in admissions helping young girls in treatment/rehab. Asena gained a sister on the day she said yes. They support one another with their ambitions, adventures and goals. Sophie is deeply empathetic, compassionate and fun. She enjoys rides with her friends, beach days and sun tanning.
Sara Coates

Sara is not only Asena's youngest cousin, shes an explorer of cultures, traveler of countries and a Creative Operations Manager at a low waste lifestyle and refillery shop! Asena and Sara have stayed close throughout their childhood. Fond memories include comforting Sara when she was little, playing airplane at Nick's baseball games and river floats in the hot summers. Sara's most recent adventure is welcoming home a sweet, puppy named Rue. Sara's long term passion is to be apart of a sustainability consulting group to help industries reduce their waste and become more sustainable for the planet.
Nick Coates
Groomsman
Outstanding personality, contagious laugh, respectful. With these and plenty more qualities how can you not have Nick Coates as your groomsman? Nick and Asena were born six months apart and have been close cousins since birth. Their relationship consists of a lot of inside jokes, lines from movies and funny sounds. Both are always filling each other with wisdom and laughter. Nick manages a large flooring company and is soon welcoming his first daughter with his wife this August. As tradition has it, he travels up north for the best chicken wings and good company with his cousins.
