Question

What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

RSVP ASAP once you have received the formal invitations. We would love to have a working guest count to plan accordingly leading up to our big day. However, March 21st, 2026 is the final deadline to RSVP for our wedding. If we do not hear back before March 21st, we will assume your party will not be in attendance.

What If I can't make it?

Answer

We will miss you! We ask that you RSVP 'No' as soon as possible so we can have an accurate count for vendors. If you have already RSVP'd 'Yes' and you find that you will no longer be able to attend, please notify the bride (865)414-4214.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30. We ask that you arrive and are seated 15-30 minutes prior to our start time! Gates will open an hour before our ceremony time.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We want everyone to be dressed up and feeling their best! We ask that all guests wear cocktail attire. This can be mid length or long dresses for women, and dress shirt and slacks with the option for a coat and tie for men. Bridesmaids will be wearing a blush pink. White is, of course, reserved only for the bride!

What about children and plus one’s?

Due to venue and vendor capacity, we are only able to accommodate those listed under the reservation. If your child or plus one is included it will be listed when you RSVP! We have limited space available, and must make room for other friends and family — thank you for understanding!

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! Check out our ‘Travel’ page for information on this. We have blocks at two separate hotels, however, guests are welcome to make whatever accommodations they wish! There are plenty more hotels, AirBnBs, and VRBOs, in the area.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

The venue has plenty of parking for all guests! Uber and Lyft are also so common in the area (usually takes around 10-15 mins for a ride). The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be located at the same venue. There will be a trolley service onsite at the venue to shuttle guests from the parking lot to the ceremony site, and then from the ceremony spot to cocktail hour.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Working on a deadline for our caterer! Let us know of any dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.
