What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The doors will open at 3:30pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. The chapel seats up to 175 & are first-come first-served. Please be seated by 4:15pm. Late arrivals are welcomed to wait in the reception area. The doors will close when the bride begins to walk down the aisle.

Color Theme/ Dress Code?

The theme is Fall 🍁🍂. All shades of nudes and browns! There will be multiple professional photographers and videographers to capture the day, so look your best. Formal/Cocktail

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP before November 15th, 2023 by 11:59PM to ensure everyone gets a seat as well as a meal at the reception. If we have not received a response, we will miss you at our wedding! The total headcount will be given to the vendors. If you have RSVP’d & can no longer attend, please inform the couple to update them. Your presence is important to us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited seating, we have offered plus ones only for married, long term couples and selected out of town travelers. Your invitation will inform you whether you have a guest you could bring with you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we absolutely love the little ones, we can only accommodate children of the bride’s and groom’s immediate family as well as children of the wedding party. The child(ren) names will be presented on your invitation when you receive them. Consider it a date night and enjoy the day out!

Can I Record/Take Pictures?

Answer

This is an Unplugged Wedding - No Phones/Photos During the Ceremony The pastor will announce when phones can be taken out after the couple have completed their vows. After the vows have been said, please take as many pictures/videos as you please!
