Our Story
Andre and I met pre-Covid back in 2020. We were introduced to one another at a mutual friend's birthday dinner. Small conversation was shared between us that night. Even though sparks didn't fly initially, I remember liking how he wore cowboy boots. A few months later, we reconnected via social media. Specifically, I slid up on Andre's Snapchat story which was a picture of food he was grilling. We haven't stopped talking since. For our first date, he cooked my request of deer backstrap stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon. Normally, I wouldn't go to a guy's house for the first date; however, restaurants were closed during this time. His cooking skills were impeccable, and the conversation was so comfortable and natural. It wasn't long before our "I love you"s were exchanged. He asked me to be his girlfriend July 10, 2020 while we were floating off the wharf at his camp. A few years later on December 1, 2023, while taking 'family pictures', he asked me to be his wife!
