Question

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTEL TO THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes we are providing transportation via school buses if you want a safe ride, check out our "Places to stay" page for more information (Courtyard by Marriott hotel only). Note: Kids are allowed on the bus as long as the parents accept responsibility for them.

Question

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you since we have a limited seating capacity at the venue.

Question

WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Cocktail please, although we want you to be comfortable.

Question

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE AT THIS TIME OF YEAR?

Answer

Asheville in September is typically in the 70 degree range during the daytime and the temperate tends to drop around 55 to 60 degrees at nighttime. Our wedding venue is outdoors with a covered tent so please bring a light jacket or shawl if you tend to get chilled easily.

Question

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests can head straight to the covered pavilion for cocktail hour for refreshments before the reception begins.

Question

ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION LOCATION WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Answer

Yes, our wedding venue is wheelchair accessible. If you think you may need to use one during our wedding please let us know ahead of time so we make sure there is plenty of room at your table for comfort.

Question

CAN I TAKE AND POST PICTURES OF THE WEDDING ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #BigDayReboulet so we can keep track of all of your pictures! We also kindly ask you to respect our photographers especially during the ceremony so a beautiful shot won't get ruined by an out stretched hand with a cellphone in it.
