Sarah and Sunjay's story began when Sunjay was 8 years old, and Sarah had just been born. Since then, along with their brother William, they shared a lifetime of fun, growing up together and embarking on countless random adventures. Their lives became even more exciting when Shawn entered the picture eight years ago. Sarah vividly remembers their first hangout, which involved turning Survivor into a drinking game and Shawn introducing her to Tito’s. Over the past six years, Sarah has cherished living so close to Sunjay and Shawn. Some of her favorite memories include watching the two of them lip sync for their lives, enjoying field days at the local park, hosting wine nights at her apartment, and shamelessly taking advantage of their overly powerful AC. Sarah feels incredibly honored to officiate the wedding of two of her favorite people and to officially gain another amazing brother. She can’t wait to celebrate the party of the year!
BMG
Jay's Best Person
BMG met Jay on the first day working at Match. They remember entering the common space and thinking “damn, Boston is full of straight white people.” They were thrilled to learn that Jay is mixed and queer too. BMG and Jay went from talking about Algebra 1 tutorial materials to daring each other to eat a month old gingerbread house. They went on many adventures from bar hopping in Central Square to snow day shenanigans at Chestnut St. BMG met Shawn a few months later, their first thought was “woah, this guy is chatty.” Shawn quickly joined BMG and Jay’s snow day mischief plus he knew how to cook and had a car, the trio was complete.
Courtney
Shawn's Best Person
Courtney and Shawn went to high school together but the kicker is…..THEY WEREN'T EVEN FRIENDS!!! Shockingly Shawn was a theater kid and Courtney was a sports fanatic. Despite Shawn being a year older than Courtney, they did in fact have a class together….it was math….. Shawn and Courtney’s mutual friend told Courtney to apply to Ashland Recreation Camp where Shawn happened to work and considered himself Queen Bee. He was NOT happy and on the first day of orientation and he told Courtney to sit in the front because “only veteran ARC counselors can sit in the back.” Somehow Courtney and Shawn became friends, best friends, and declared themselves single friends for life. Jay ruined that BUT Courtney knew the moment she met him that he was the perfect fit for Shawn. Courtney, Jay and Shawn then became the throuple the world didn’t know it needed.

Elizabeth, Shawn and Jay’s 10 year old dance obsessed niece, cannot wait to show off her moves on the big day! She loves sleepovers at her Uncles’ place; they are two of the only adults that get excited to make edible slime with her. She can’t wait to talk them into more fun as a married couple!
Teddy

Teddy is Shawn and Jay’s six year old football-playing, Lego-building, joke-making nephew. He loves hanging with his Uncles and their kitties. He can’t wait for the wedding as he is super excited for Jay to get promoted to Uncle Jay and loves a party!
Matilda & Butterball
Cats of Honor
Although they RSVP'd no to the celebration, Matilda and Butterball (aka Booty, Beans, Boots and Butterbean), send purrs and biscuits to their beloved fathers and all of the guests. They can't wait for this to be over so they can have more fancy feast and cuddles.
