How will I get to the wedding?

Answer

There will be shuttles to and from the Wiley Inn, the Beauport Hotel, and the Ocean House Hotel. Shuttles will start at 4:30 pm EST to the venue and 12:30 pm back to the hotel!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Because of our venue's limited space, we can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those names listed on the wedding invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

How do we get to Ipswich?

Answer

Ipswich is located on the North Shore of Massachusetts, about 45 minutes north of Boston. For those traveling from New England, driving is the easiest option. From Boston, it’s an easy trip up I-95 or Route 1A. From New York City, the drive typically takes about 4–4.5 hours. If you’re flying, Boston Logan International Airport is the closest major airport, roughly 40 minutes away. Alternatively, you could consider flying into Manchester-Boston Regional Airport in New Hampshire, which is about an hour’s drive. For those who prefer not to drive, the MBTA Commuter Rail offers service to Ipswich on the Newburyport/Rockport line. The train ride from Boston’s North Station takes just over an hour and drops you directly in Ipswich, a short drive from local venues and accommodations.

How do I get to and from Crane Estate?

Answer

There is parking, but we ask people to carpool as much as possible. Guests staying at the same inn/hotel/AirBnB should take as few cars as possible. There will also be transportation to/from a few hotels in the area!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. Weather in the area is a bit unpredictable year-to-year - cross your fingers for sun!!
