Currently, we are working with venue to understand how many people are are allowed and what the rules and restrictions are in NYS. If you feel unsafe being inside a ballroom, traveling or around a lot of people, please let Mike and me know as soon as possible.

If you booked a room at The Inn at Erlowest or Sun Castle Resort, it has automatically moved to the new date for Thursday & Friday. Should you want to only stay Friday night, please call and cancel Thursday night. Should you want to stay Saturday night, please call and extend for the townhouses & villas. The Lodges at Cresthaven will work with you to reschedule.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Please bring a jacket as the weather could be beautiful and 70 degrees or 50 degrees and windy.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are at the same location. Please note the ceremony is taking place on grass. Should it be raining, we have a backup location onsite.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Self-Parking is onsite and complimentary.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Cocktail attire, please note the ceremony is taking place on grass.

Are Kids Invited?

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! We’ve booked a couple babysitters to make that a reality.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Absolutely! When you return your invitation, please let us know of any dietary restrictions.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
