One night at the Beaty Pool at Andrews University, Kyle and Taylor met for the first time. They spent the next year and a half as friends, thinking nothing more could ever happen between them. While working at Camp Cherokee together in July of 2020, a couple friends planted the seed of possibility. Kyle and Taylor went out on their first date at a mini golf course in Saranac Lake with Stewarts ice cream to follow up. One week later, on July 22nd, 2020, Kyle asked Taylor to be his girlfriend. Exactly 3 years later, on a beach in Holland, MI, Kyle surprised Taylor with a proposal, and they are now preparing for one of the best days of their lives!
