The beginning of the chaos...

First comes high school, then comes college... then comes marriage!

After attending the same tiny school for four years, Kendra and Bradley connected over their shared interests: emo music, performance arts (i.e., drama club), and hating everyone. Despite some awful timing in past relationships, which included Bradley breaking up with his last girlfriend exactly two days after Kendra started dating her last boyfriend, things finally worked out in March of 2016. Kendra and Bradley were both single and both knew that there was feelings between them that were more than them just being best friends. One day, on an adventure to Carson Park in Eau Claire, WI, Bradley finally asked Kendra out. Since then, the couple has shared lots of camping trips, classes in college (and basically the same bachelor's degrees), an apartment, and much more... All culminating to this wedding!

The Proposal

a.k.a., Bradley is a bad liar

Two weeks before the big day, Bradley asked Kendra to get her nails done. For the first time ever. So he was off to a bad start at keeping his secret. He then planned and carried out a trip to Duluth, MN. On the day of the proposal, he took Kendra's promise ring and would not give it back (the second give away that something was happening). Little did Kendra know, he carried the engagement ring in his pocket all day, even though the proposal didn't happen until dinner time. They spent the day exploring Duluth and eventually ended up with Buffalo Wild Wings near Lake Superior with Brandi (Bradley's sister) and her future husband (Matt). Bradley was pushing Kendra to climb down the cliff to the edge of the lake, but anxiety and a fear of not being able to get back up stopped her. So he got on one knee at the top and proposed. The first thing Kendra said was "Don't drop the ring" as she forcefully grabbed said ring, followed by "Oh my god, it's so pretty". But from then until the wedding day, they were fiances!
