When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 20, 2024 at the latest.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking and an attendant will direct you from there to the ceremony site. There will also be transportation to and from two local hotels for your use.

Are kids or plus ones welcome?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of who is invited. Due to planning purposes, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. We encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself and to mingle with new friends and family!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be a place to share this with us when you RSVP. If this is the case we can share the information with the caterer.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! Please RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly. If it is after RSVPs are due, please text the Bride, Groom, Mother of the Bride, or Mother of the Groom ASAP.

What time do I arrive?

Answer

Guest arrival begins at 4:00 PM with a welcome drink. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please plan to arrive no later than 4:15 PM.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Everyone is invited to a Welcome Event Friday May 17th. We would love to see you there if you are in town! There is also a food truck breakfast Sunday morning at The Hampton Inn Butler before everyone heads home.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi Formal Attire: Suits and cocktail dresses are welcome, as well as jackets and slacks or LBDs.
