Yes, plan to stay on Disney property. It is necessary to stay on property because the chartered shuttle bus can only pick up from the blocked Disney resorts, and only guests staying there can access the resorts due to security. This is why we have secured three different resorts in the room block with discounts at three different price points. Additionally, during the 13 hour "Intermission" you may want to return to your room in order to take a nap! We understand that it will be a long day, and we want everyone to feel rested and ready for the night's festivities.
We know the "intermission" between events may be an inconvenience for some, however, due to Disney's security rules and checks please plan on attending both events. If that is not a possibility we completely understand! While we will miss your presence at our celebration, we will be sure to celebrate together at another time!
Our ceremony and reception are split with approximately thirteen hours in between, an "Intermission" if you will. This likely seems a little unusual to most, but in order to accommodate Epcot's schedule and theme park guests, our events must take place before and after the park's operating hours.
We would love nothing more than for our guests and selves to be able to self park, but, due to Disney security rules all guests must take the bus to and from their resorts. Our events are taking place within the theme park, because of this, you will be accessing "backstage" areas usually only available to cast members (employees). The bus parks backstage directly behind or near the respective World Showcase Pavilions. Please keep in mind that there will be security checks before both events and that wedding guests will be guided to and from the event locations by Disney cast members and security. Because of security, please make sure you bring an ID.

Unfortunately, due to security Disney does not allow wrapped packages, including presents, into the parks. We have been told that cards are allowed and will have a card box at the reception for anyone who may want to bring a card!
Yes, our ceremony is English garden tea party and the reception is Black-tie optional.
