Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 12:30 PM, so please arrive by 12:15 PM.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress for a semi-formal occasion, such as cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, and suits. COLOR is encouraged! Please note the ceremony will be held outdoors on grass, and the reception venue's floor is tiled.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, El Paseo Restaurant (reception venue) has an adjacent parking lot with a valet fee of $15. This parking lot is a 6 minute walk to the ceremony venue. There are also nearby parking garages.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We have also reserved the Loubud "Bubbles & Puzzles" Wine shop from 1-3 pm. Please see the "Things To Do" tab.

What are the food options?

Answer

The dinner is served buffet style. Hor d'evours include Mexican fruit lollipops, ceviche, poke, and sliders. Salad is Californian style, with citrus and fruits. Main dishes include salmon scampi, Santa Maria chicken, and ribeye steak with mole sauce. And, of course, cake! Please let us know directly if you would prefer a vegetarian option, as your food will be plated separately.

Answer

Kids will be present, from 1-14 years old. Please let us know if you have special requests to accommodate your children.

Is there transportation from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

Yes... more information regarding reserved golf carts to come.

Is recording allowed in the ceremony?

Answer

We request an unplugged ceremony, during which the professional photographer captures the event without extraneous devices blocking the view. Thank you for keeping your camera away during the ceremony... but capture the reception as you see fit!
