Plus Ones + Children

Answer

As much as we would love to include everyone in our special day, our venue cannot accommodate a large guest list. Your formal invitation and RSVP will include the guests names of those who are invited. We hope you can understand & respect that we can't make substitutions or accommodate additional guests. We look forward to you joining us on this special day to celebrate our love!

Venue Parking & Shuttle Transportation Schedule

There is on ample onsite parking available at the venue. Signs and venue staff will provide direction as to where to park on site. Shuttle transportation will be provided from the hotel included in our room block at the Marriott in Rancho Cordova SCHEDULE: We have multiple shuttles running service from the hotel to the venue before the ceremony. The shuttles will leave at the specified times and will not wait so please be on time! Try not to wait for the last shuttle as we cannot guarantee everyone to fit on only 1 round trip! The shuttles will be picking up in two trips: Trip 1: Shuttle leaves at 2 PM Trip 2: Shuttle leaves at 3 PM The venue will have light refreshments, a welcome drink & entertainment so don't be afraid to arrive on the earlier shuttle. (: For return service to the hotel: Shuttles will leave the venue starting at 8:30 PM and run every 30 minutes as needed. The wedding ends at 10 PM. The last shuttle will leave at 11 PM when all guests will need to officially be off property.

Dress Code + Attire: We invite our guests to embrace formal cocktail attire—vibrant, festive, and elegant! Suits, chic jumpsuits, and cocktail dresses are ideal. Please avoid jeans or casual wear. We want everyone to feel polished and ready to celebrate in style! Our event will be partially outdoors with the ceremony on grass, so we recommend selecting shoes that are comfortable and suitable for an outdoor setting. Out of respect for the bride, we kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing white, ivory, or any attire that could be mistaken for bridal wear. As this is a summer event with both outdoor and indoor spaces that may cool down in the evening, we suggest dressing in layers or bringing a light wrap. Don't forget your dancing shoes—we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Unplugged Ceremony

Please silence all devices and put them away for our ceremony. Our wish is for everyone to be fully present during this special moment. We love our photographer—and we know you will too—so please help us by keeping phones tucked away and out of view!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. Please plan accordingly to be seated by 3:15 so we can start the party on time!

The venue is strict with a no smoking policy. The venue also does not condone any outside alcohol consumption. Please respect these conditions as anyone caught will most likely be escorted off property and it can affect the rest of the wedding attendee's bar availability.
