We cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Samantha and Parker's story began in February 2023 at a local Phoenix pub called George & Dragon (featured on season 4 of Bar Rescue). Both had been invited to trivia night to celebrate their mutual friend, Kendall West’s, birthday. It was during that trivia night that Samantha arrived — some might say fashionably late — straight from a workout class and wearing her dad’s vintage Fred Flintstone crewneck. Sitting at opposite ends of the table, the two exchanged only a few words across a group of friends, most notably, “Parker the PT! I send you patients!” Parker wasted little time figuring out he could bug his coworker Elli West by mentioning he was single — and kindly asking her to pass that information along to Samantha. Fast forward to fall of 2023, when Parker and Samantha began crossing paths more regularly at the pickleball courts. Though he tried to play it cool, Parker was slowly working up the courage to ask her out. After the West wedding, he finally did. A week later, they went on their first date, and they have not gone a day without talking since. Just a month later, the holidays arrived, and Samantha — unwilling to leave behind her dog and firstborn, Moose — made the 20 plus hour drive to Omaha. It did not take much convincing before Parker booked a flight to Omaha so that Samantha and Moose would not have to make the return trip to Phoenix alone. His family and close friends knew Samantha must be someone special because Parker has never exactly been known for his love of road trips. Though he did not tell her at the time (and certainly did not tell her first), it was during that trip that Parker realized he was falling in love with Samantha. Together, Samantha and Parker have made a habit of finding adventure wherever they go — whether it be in Okoboji, IA in subzero temperatures, second dates at H Mart, or barely making a flight to Jamaica to meet Parker’s family, the two have never stopped choosing and supporting one another. In February 2025, Parker managed to pull off a surprise engagement with the help of some of their closest friends. Samantha was sent on a scavenger hunt through some of the places that had become most meaningful to their relationship throughout Phoenix. After the proposal, there was only one fitting place to celebrate … with family and friends at the one and only George & Dragon, where it all began. Over the last 3 years, Samantha and Parker have grown individually and together, as a team. They have blended families and friendships, planted roots, and recently became homeowners. Most importantly, Parker has earned the highest honor of all (second to Samantha’s fiance, of course): being welcomed with open paws into the role of dog dad by Moose. Samantha and Parker are eager to begin their next chapter as husband and wife and are beyond grateful to welcome their closest people to Omaha to celebrate!
