May anyone attend the celebration

Answer

No. All activities will be invitation only. While we appreciate the love and wish we could include everyone, it is not possible financially nor logistically.

May I bring a plus 1

Answer

Only if it indicated on your invitation.

Question

If I’m not included in the reception may I attend the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

No. Rehearsal dinner is limited to wedding party and immediate (notified) family.

Question

May I come in earlier than the day before?

Answer

Hotel blocks are set to allow guests to book rooms two days prior and 1 day after. Should you require assistance with other dates or accommodations please reach out to our planner (Art By Design-Faith), 2488426126.

How will I get from the airport to the hotel? Hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

It is advised to get a rental car at the airport unless plans to ride with other family are made in advance.

Question

I still have Covid concerns, what safety measures will be in place?

Answer

Masks will be available for those who choose to use them and hand sanitizer will be readily available. Should numbers rise or recommendations from the CDC warrant action, proof of negative tests within 72 hours may be instituted. At this time no such action is indicated.

May I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Great care is taken to insure that highly qualified photographers and videographers are retained. We ask that you do not in any way infringe on their ability to deliver the highest quality images, we will be happy to share our images when they are completed. We will also make every effort to allow time for photos with guests post ceremony (briefly) and during the reception.

Question

I don’t like dressing up, may I wear jeans and sneakers with a jacket or sports coat?

Answer

Simple answer, no. We are asking guests to oblige us by adhering to the requested formal dress code.

May I bring my child(ren) whom are family to the Bride or Groom?

Answer

Unfortunately, as much as the Bride and Groom love little ones, this is an adult only event.
