Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code for the evening is black-tie optional. We ask that guests opt for a midi- or floor-length dress, suit and tie, or tuxedo.

Will transportation be provided from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing shuttle bus transportation from Duke Chapel to Hope Valley Country Club. We will also pick up and drop off hotel guests.

Is there parking at the ceremony and reception venue?

Answer

Hope Valley Country Club has a parking lot. Duke Chapel offers very limited parking for guests. However, we will be providing bus shuttles to and from Duke Chapel, and then back to our hotels at the end of the evening, so no need to drive if you plan to enjoy the open bar!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We will be sending out formal wedding invitation in the Spring of 2024. Please plan to RSVP by May 1st, 2024!

Will you be hosting any other events around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we will be having welcome drinks on Friday evening and a brunch on Sunday morning. We are still sorting out the details of those events. Please check the schedule page of this website periodically for information!

Answer

Yes! We recommend: H2O Hair Salon & Spa (hair, makeup, nails), Bliss Nail Bar, Wavelengths (hair), and Poppy Salon (hair).
