If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation - that is great and extremely helpful! To RSVP please go to the RSVP tab on this website and fill out the required information. We kindly ask that you reply before 01 April 2025 so we can provide our final headcount to our vendors in a timely fashion. Any RSVP received after this date will be marked as "not attending" and you will be missed. We appreciate your understanding!
Our wedding will start at 3:00 PM promptly. We kindly ask that you arrive between 2:00 and 2:45 - this will give everyone time to find their seat and get settled in.
We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us! Therefore, we ask that our guests wear semi-formal or cocktail attire. We also ask that our guests refrain from wearing colors reserved for the bride such as white, cream, ivory, and champagne.
We'd like to keep our wedding intimate, therefore we are only able to accommodate guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus-one, they will be listed on the invite by name.
Your presence on our special day is gift enough, however, if you wish to gift as well, a contribution towards our newlywed fund is greatly appreciated. It is linked on our wedding website in the "Registry" section. Additionally, we will have a card box available at the reception.
We want all to be present in the moment. We will have amazing photographers, and photos of our event will be available to download. However, please feel free to take photos throughout the day otherwise!
Whilst we love your beautiful children, the venue isn't catered towards them, and won't have babysitting facilities. Please arrange for child care so you can enjoy the night!
Yes! We will have beer, wine, and seltzers. No hard liquor will be permitted.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Chapel Oaks in Green Cove Springs. The address is 1453 Brown Rd, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043. There will be signs placed along the route so please make sure to follow those as you will be passing by another wedding venue on the way to Chapel Oaks!
There will be ample parking at the property; there are several spots available directly in front of the ceremony/reception side as well as additional parking in a neighboring lot. If you have to park in the neighboring lot, there will be a shuttle to take you to and from the barn!
The ceremony will be held outside so please dress accordingly. The reception will be inside but you are able to use the patio attached to the barn to enjoy the outdoors as well! Additionally, please keep in mind that the venue is on a dirt road and is primarily grass and gravel terrain.
We have a short list of hotels in the nearby area listed on our wedding website. However, Jacksonville has a lot more hotels/vacation rentals to offer than we could list on this website.
