We met in Windsor, November of 2020 at Bianca's friends house and instantly clicked. When Mitchell wanted to ask Bianca to be his girlfriend, Bianca got COVID and had to immediately quarantine for 14 days. On December 23, 2020, Mitchell finally asked Bianca to be his girlfriend in the driveway of her friends house. Fast forward to December of 2021, Bianca moved to London, ON to pursue her career as a nurse and they officially started their long distance relationship. Bianca and Mitch adopted 2 sweet cats named Penny and Willa. In June of 2022, Mitchell began his training in Hamilton which led to the beginning of his career change in Penetanguishene (try to say that 10 times fast). Although we thought he would get a transfer to London sooner, he stayed in Penetang for nearly 2 years. With the constant travelling from Penetanguishene to London to Windsor to Kingsville back to Penetanguishene, Mitchell and Bianca have become professionals at driving on the 401. In March of 2024, Mitchell finally got his transfer to London and they officially were no longer long distance. One of our first dates, we went to Lakeside Park in Kingsville, we got McFlurries and walked around the park and talked about our families, friends, our fears and our dreams and got to know each other. Little did Bianca know, this would be the spot where Mitch proposes on October 10, 2024. Bianca and Mitch purchased their first house together in May of 2025 and are hoping to add a 4 legged dog and some children and make their house a home. Our first Valentines Day (February of 2021) , Mitch got Bianca this beautiful infinity symbol bracelet from People's jewelers. According to Google, "The infinity symbol in love represents an eternal and unbreakable bond between two individuals, signifying endless love and commitment that surpasses all limitations and boundaries." When we were deciding our wedding date, it made absolute sense for our wedding date to be 08-08-2026 as the 8 resembles an infinity symbol.
