The dress code for our wedding will be semi-formal attire. No shorts are allowed and for ladies, you cannot wear white, ivory, or cream for obvious reasons.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding.
We love your little ones however, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night.
Yes, we will have an open bar. Below is the list (but not limited to) of what will be available. Beers: Modelo & Miller Lite Seltzer: White Claw (variety of flavors) Red and White wine Prosecco Liquor: Jack Daniels, Tito’s Vodka, Don Julio Tequila, Bacardi Superior Rum Our his and hers signature drinks will be a Margarita on the rocks w/lime salt and an Old Fashioned. We will have different mixers such as orange, grapefruit, cranberry, pineapple, lemon and lime juice, simple syrup, triple sec, grenadine, etc. Non-alcoholic beverages: Coffee, Water, Soda, Ginger Ale, Tea, Redbull *Tip jars will be present at the bars and although not obligated, tips are always appreciated. Bring cash if you’d like to tip the bartenders.
The ceremony starts at 5:00PM CST and anyone who knows me understands that the ceremony will start at 5:00PM sharp! We recommend that you arrive 20-30 minutes before to give you plenty of time to secure a seat.
The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be held indoors.
You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regret on your RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.
We will miss celebrating with you! We need to provide our venue exact numbers by a certain date so please do not RSVP late.
We will be supplying alcohol and having a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages on the premises.
Yes, there is ample amount of parking spaces. The parking lot is gravel with some larger rocks so I strongly recommend short or block heels for the ladies safety.
If you’re staying at one of our nearby hotels, it is about a 10-15 minute drive to the venue. If you plan on drinking please secure an Uber, Lyft or carpool ride to and from the venue.

Yes, the wedding ends at 11:00PM CST and the party will continue at The Embassy Suites Bar Louie in Round Rock.

Lupe Tortilla (Tex-Mex) is our caterer. Chips and dip will be available as an appetizer during cocktail hour.
Yes, you may leave your car on the premises overnight. We would much rather you get home or to your hotel safely. You may pick up your car the next day preferably by 12 noon.
