We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration unless otherwise noted on your invitation. We hope this advance notice allows you to join us and celebrate our big day!
Formal attire requested — dress to impress! Please no jeans. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style! For Women: Midi or floor-length dresses, evening gowns, or elegant separates. For Men: Suits and ties, or a blazer/sport coat with slacks. We’re excited to see everyone looking their best as we celebrate this special day together!
Yes, there will be parking at the ceremony and the reception.
Wedding Day Transportation – December 13 We’re happy to provide transportation for our out-of-town guests on the day of the wedding. Complimentary shuttles will run between the hotels and all wedding events to make your day as smooth and stress-free as possible. Shuttles will pick up guests from the Courtyard Fort Smith Downtown, but if you’ve decided to stay at the Wyndham Fort Smith Downtown, both hotels are right next door to each other, so no worries about a far walk! (Please see the Travel tab for hotel booking links.) Pickup: Shuttles will transport guests from the hotels to the ceremony. Post-Ceremony: Shuttles will then take everyone from the ceremony to the reception. End of Night: At the end of the celebration, shuttles will return guests to their respective hotels. Please note that Ubers are limited in the area, and we highly encourage our out-of-town guests to take advantage of the complimentary transportation provided. We can’t wait to celebrate with you and appreciate you making the trip to be with us! We’re still finalizing our schedule, but we’ll be sure to update the Schedule tab with pickup and drop-off times once everything is locked down. Stay tuned!
