Can I bring a plus one?

Are kids welcome?

Children 3 and under are welcome without invitation, but please let us know so we can account for seating. We understand childcare is difficult to arrange sometimes. Please feel free to call one of us if you have questions.

What is the dress code?

Semi-formal, casual nice. Look your best, but be comfortable. :)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot in the back of the venue. There are only 70 spaces available. There is an overflow lot close by. Carpooling and ridesharing is suggested.

Yes. Beer and wine are free. Hard alcohol is available for sale.

Sorry, but no, we are not allowed to bring outside alcohol.

Typically, the venue will include self-service water, hot coffee, iced tea, and either punch or lemonade.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes before the ceremony to park and get settled. The ceremony will start at 5:00 pm.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony and reception?

Yes, please! And send us copies!

Is smoking allowed?

No, please take any smoking off-site from venue.

Is it indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony is an outdoor covered area. The reception is in an outdoor tent. Inside the mansion, the first floor is open to guests. As well as the garden area next to where the ceremony will be held.

Do I bring a jacket/sweater?

Answer

Yes, we suggest you bring a jacket or sweater. However, the reception tent has heaters. Guests can also go inside the mansion on the first floor during the reception. One of the rooms has a fireplace.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Rain or shine, the celebration continues! Both the ceremony and reception areas are covered. There also is indoor space at the mansion venue.
