Booking with Agent
To reserve your rooms, please reach out to our free travel advisor, Spencer Aronstein at Peaks & Palms Travel Consultants. He's arranged a group code for our wedding that provides a special discount on all reservations. By booking with him, you'll be included in our official wedding group (very important for being able to attend all of the events!) and it will make it much easier for us to coordinate logistics, ensure that travel related communications are taken care of, and handle anything that comes up before or during the trip. He also is more than happy to help you with airfare, airport transport, any excursions you'd like to do, and any other travel related questions or needs you have - definitely use him as a resource as you are planning! Booking with our travel agent comes at no cost. The below link takes you to a self booking page with our agent as well as let's us know if you will be RSVPing. It sends them an email with necessary information. From there they will reach out to you. PLEASE NOTE: The sooner you book the cheaper the room rate will be. A $50 deposit per person is required to secure the reservation at time of booking, the balance isn't due until 45 days before check in. Rates are refundable until closer to the date.
