Can I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

NO. We kindly request that our guests attend our wedding without additional guests as our wedding is invite-only! We can only accommodate guests FORMALLY named on the 'Save the Date' and Formal Invitation.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

YES! If you do not have a passport, prepare your passport as soon as possible. Expect delays of several months due to backlog. If you have a passport, do not forget to double check it does not expire within 6 months of your travel dates. Passports that expire within 6 months before traveling may be denied entry into Mexico.

While we adore your little ones, our wedding is an adults-only affair to ensure everyone can fully unwind and revel in the celebration.

how do i get to the hotel from the wedding?

We are providing round-trip transportation for guests who stay at Paradisus La Perla to the ceremony/reception venue. If you are not staying at the recommended hotel, we suggest using a reputable taxi/ car service as there is no Uber or Lyft.

How do i set up airport transfers?

This is a private shuttle service and the company will group our wedding guests upon arrival and departures. This will only be for guests who stay at Paradisus Playa del Carmen - Riviera Maya. Do we have to stay at the recommended hotel?

Answer

We would love to have everyone at the same hotel, Paradisus Playa del Carmen - Riviera Maya, so we can see each other as much as possible and so you can feel included in all the events. Given this, we also understand that everyone has different budgets and individual circumstances. Please stay where you feel most comfortable.

Is there a dress code for the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Semi-formal: This may include comfy slacks, button-downs without jackets, maxi dresses, cocktail dresses, nice rompers, nice wedges, or sandals. Please no flip-flops or shorts.

Do I need to take USD or Mexican Pesos for the trip to Mexico?

Answer

We recommend bringing cash or withdrawing pesos from the ATM once you arrive. You will need USD cash or local currency for payment of services such as Taxis and gratuities. Most restaurants and excursion companies take major debit and credit cards. Advise your bank of your travels to avoid card freezing.
