Beach Yoga & Walk

9:00 am - 10:00 am

Meet at the Casa Guardia Rancho (beach side) for a short morning yoga session and group walk along the beach.

Beach Casual Attire

Women: Simple sundress, breezy maxi dress, or high-quality romper. While dressy sandals are acceptable, avoid standard, beachwear flip-flops. Men: Nice, short-sleeved shirts, such as polos, as well as nice shorts (think Chinos) with a belt.
