When should I RSVP by?

Please be sure to RSVP no later than June 1, 2025. This is a hard deadline. Thank you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Boarding begins at 5:55 p.m., and the ceremony will begin immediately after everyone is seated. I advise you NOT to come before 5:45 p.m. or after 6:05 p.m. if you wish to witness the ceremony and be present for the reception. There is nowhere for guests to go PRIOR to 5:55 p.m., so you will have to wait in your vehicle until boarding begins. This comes directly from the captain and staff, so please be sure you are on time. Be advised that traffic during this time of day is very hectic, so be sure to check your GPS system for the best time to leave to be on time. Again, if you're late you WILL miss the ceremony AND jeopardize your ability to board the vessel. There are no exceptions to this.

Is the yacht going to move?

Answer

Yes! We will cruise for 3.5 hours on smooth, calm water. You will NOT be able to leave before we come back to port. Also, although the yacht will be moving slowly, if you suffer from motion sickness, please plan accordingly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

No. This is an exclusive event with limited space. We have carefully selected the guests we wish to join us on this special day and must provide the final guest list to the staff in advance for security purposes. If your RSVP does not include multiple persons, then please do not bring a date or anyone else. They will not be permitted on board the vessel per the captain's orders.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The theme is Casino Royale, so you can think semi-formal, Great Gatsby vibes. We ask that guests do not wear white or red attire.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This is an adult-only function, and only kids who are in the ceremony itself will be permitted. Please do not bring your kid(s) to the ship. If you would like to locate a sitter to watch your kids(s) for the ceremony/reception, please utilize www.care.com.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, you will be required to get to and from the port.
