Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than the 14th of December 2026 - via the wedding website provided on Save the Dates and Formal Invitations. If you do not RSVP in time, then we assume that you are unable to attend.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our Ceremony is starting at promptly at 3:30pm - so we ask that guests arrive 30 minutes prior so that everyone can be seated / standing on time for the formalities to start.

Question

What is the best gift we can give?

Answer

Having you celebrate with us is the greatest gift of all! However, if you wish to honour us with a gift, a contribution to our honeymoon fund or future plans would be deeply appreciated. We will have a wishing well available at the Reception & Ceremony.

Question

Is there transportation to Ararat / Horsham following the Wedding?

Answer

There will be a bus run by Seppelt's following the Reception heading back to Ararat for all of our Ararat family and friends. We will also have a bus heading back to Horsham following the reception - further details for this are to be announced.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the location for parking. This is also where the buses will be parked for arrival / departure.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To keep our celebration intimate, we are only able to accomodate for children in the immediate family. We hope you use our wedding as a fun, kid free - date night instead!

Question

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Whatever you feel most comfortable in! The official dress code is semi-formal / formal, so we would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for a big day!

Question

Can I take pictures during the Ceremony?

Answer

We are having an 'unplugged' Ceremony - so will be asking all friends / family to place their phones on silent & put away - whilst we're getting married. Following being announced as Husband & Wife - feel free to whip those bad boys out and take as many photos of the day / couple as you like. We want to capture as many photos / POVs of our special day.

Question

Can I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity and the intimacy of our wedding, we are only able to accomodate for those specifically named on the invitation. If your invitation is addressed to you "and guest" then you are welcome to bring a plus one. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you all.
