I moved to Kentucky in 2020, never imagining that an ordinary routine would lead me to the love of my life. Chad and I first crossed paths at the gym, where we saw each other often but never spoke. For me, it was love at first sight- even if it took a little time for our story to begin. After months of exchanged glances, I finally worked up the courage to introduce myself and ask if he was single. Chad was just coming out of a relationship, so we began as friends. The friendship quickly grew into something deeper, and before long, we realized we were building something special. Within our first year together, we pushed each other in ways neither of us expected- including stepping on stage for our first bodybuilding competition as a team. Since then, we've supported one another through multiple shows and every season of life that followed. A few months later, we moved in together and have been building our life ever since. Five years later, what started as a simple hello has grown into a life we share- one filled with love, laughter, two dogs, two cats, and a home built on commitment, perseverance, and choosing each other every day.
