Bianca was hosting a house warming party in Toronto. Chad joined his friend Jason and the two arrived at Bianca's party after a few too many, and proceeded to throw grapes around her apartment, amongst other....completely endearing things. Needless to say, Bianca was not impressed when she continued to find grapes hidden in her apartment rotting months later.

Chad planned to propose during their trip to Barcelona at Park Güell. Unfortunately Bianca was feeling hot, sweaty and had a really bad neck pain...not the best audience for a proposal. He kept trying to get her alone, away from the tourists (all the while with a ring in his pocket), but she complained of him taking her on a long hike for no reason. He had resigned himself to proposing in Paris (tough life), when they went to Boqueria market, and she perked right up at the sight of food! In the privacy of their apartment balcony, he proposed on one knee, with the promise of a life full of travel, love, and good food :)
