Surprising to most, we actually met in middle school. While we can't remember the exact time or class or the where or how, we became best friends right away. All throughout high school and college, we saw the best and worst in each other, and were there for all the ups and downs growing up. We have the same off-beat sense of humor, the same taste in food and music, we love anime & video games. We love long walks, strange talks, and saying we're going to workout and then going to McDonald's instead. One day, after binge-watching all of Luke Cage and having a long talk, we decided our friendship of over 15 years was something more. We wed in a small, intimate ceremony on our 5-year anniversary on July 26. It was everything we wished for, and the rest (and best) is yet to be written.
