How do I RSVP?
Answer
You can click the RSVP tab above or use your QR code to RSVP. Please add your first and last name. If it does not come up their may be a spelling error on our end. Please contact us ASAP and we can fix that! Thank you!

What if I do not RSVP in time?
Answer
If you do not RSVP by May 8th, 2026, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food or drink accomodations for you)

What should I do if I can not make it?
Answer
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending, but find that you will not make it. Please notify Bianca or Austin as soon as you are aware. Thank You!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invite and we ask that you arrive NO LATER THAN 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. If you arrive after the ceremony has started. You will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter! Thank you for your understanding!

Please plan accordingly. South Lake Tahoe can be busy and traffic can acure. Give yourself some time for that! If you are running late we understand. If the ceremony has started you will than have to wait until cocktail hour to enter. Thank You!

Where should I stay? Is there a hotel block available?
Answer
Guests are welcome to stay anywhere near the venue or in South Lake Tahoe, which is approximately a 15–20 minute drive depending on traffic. We have reserved a block of rooms at Hotel Becket for your convenience. Please visit the Hotel section above for additional details and booking information.

Can I bring a Guest/Date?
Answer
Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally listed on each invitation and RSVP'd. Please be respectful of our guest list and refrain from bringing anyone who was not formally invited! Thank you for your understanding!

Is this a kid friendly wedding?
Answer
We love and adore little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event unless the little one was specifically named on the invitation or they are part of the wedding party.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies you can wear midi or floor length dresses. Gentlemen can wear slacks and button down shirt with tie. Please do not wear jeans, sneakers and of course no white. A beige dress that is covered in floral is acceptable!

Will there be overnight park?
Answer
There will be onsite parking being available for guest. Overnight parking will not be permitted, Gates will be locked at the end of the event. Please make sure your have a designated driver or uber to the event. Please plan accordingly!

Can we smoke cigarette or vapes?
Answer
Yes, The designated spot for smoking( cigarettes or vaping) is in front of the building on the road, over the cement pathway with cigarette receptacles for guest to use. If the venue finds any cigarette buds anywhere on the premise, THE VENUE WILL FINE US $1,000. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL AND PLACE CIGARETTES IN THE CIGARETTE RECEPTACLES! No illegal substances permitted on the premises. These rules are made due to the venue being a United States Force Service, we deeply Thank You for understanding!

Is there an open bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you... Lets get ready to party!!

Will the wedding be inside or outside?
Answer
The ceremony and dinner will take place outdoors. After dinner, guests are invited inside for dancing, the photo booth, and dessert. We can’t wait to celebrate with you on the dance floor!

Will there be an after party?
Answer
No, there will not be an after-party at the venue. However, we do plan to head downtown to South Lake Tahoe after the reception and would love for you to join us at the casinos and around town to continue the celebration!

Can I share Pictures of your big day on social media?
Answer
We kindly ask guests to refrain from posting photos on social media until the bride and groom have shared their first post. You are welcome to take photos during the ceremony, but please be mindful of the professional photographer and keep phones discreet when they are capturing special moments. We are excited to see your photos!

Do you have a registry?
Answer
We will not have a traditional registry, There will be a card box and honeymoon fund available at the venue for anyone who wishes to contribute, but please know that gifts are not expected. Having you celebrate with us is the greatest gift we could receive.
