Bianca’s Story Before I met Fernando, I was on a journey of self-discovery. Therapy helped me realize I had a fear of rejection, so I decided to do a “100 days of being rejected” challenge—pushing myself to take chances and step outside my comfort zone. Somewhere along that journey, I met Fernando. It was completely unexpected. At first, I was hesitant—I wasn’t sure if it was real or if he was just charming—but over time, he showed me the kind of love that is steady, real, and intentional. Since meeting him, Fernando has changed my life in so many ways. He’s brought me closer to my family, inspired me to grow, and shown me what it means to be loved completely. I was running late, overthinking everything, and wearing a sweater with old shorts—definitely not my usual style. The moment I saw Bianca, I was starstruck. She looked incredible, and even though I felt nervous and out of place, the moment we started talking, everything clicked. We shared our stories, laughed about our quirks, and it felt like we’d known each other for years. After breakfast, we went for a walk, and I felt so comfortable with her that I asked her out again later that same day. By evening, we were crab fishing by the Golden Gate Bridge, and what started with nerves and self-doubt turned into a day I’ll never forget. From that first day, I knew Bianca was someone special—the person I wanted to build a life with. She’s my partner, my peace, and the love I had been hoping for.
