We're getting married!

Yes you saw right, we both swiped right. :) Online dating is more common now a days, but we were both skeptical that it would produce true love. God always has his own plan however. We were matched and began messaging back and forth. We hit it off so well on the app, that we planned a date soon after. The first date was set for a Sunday evening at Chili’s. Dinner went great and we looked forward to seeing each other again, so we decided to go ahead and make plans for the following weekend. The rest is history, we were inseparable after that special weekend. Dating is so easy when its meant to be!!

After a weekend of sickness, Jay, being the sweetheart he is, created a memory that outshone it all. Jay proposed at my parents house in my hometown of Ft Stockton, surrounded by my immediate family. What better way to end the year of 2018 than the love of your life on one knee, asking your son for the ring he was safe keeping. And what a way to begin 2019, one step closer to becoming one.
