FAQs

The Wedding Website of Haley Hap and Benjamin Joseph
If you are anything like us, we know that you may have lots of questions about our big day! Hopefully you will be able to find the answers you are looking for here!
Question

When is the RSVP deadline, and how do I RSVP?

Answer

Please let us know if you will be celebrating with us by April 25, 2025! We have set up our website so that all guests are able to RSVP online! We understand that some people may not have the ability to do this, so the physical RSVP is also acceptable! We simply ask that guests choose to RSVP either online, or by mail, but not both. This will help a very unorganized couple be a little more organized as the wedding approaches!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive no later than 12:25pm to ensure that the wedding party is prepared and the bride is hidden. In an effort to avoid distraction, those who arrive after the ceremony has started will have to watch from the foyer of the church We would also ask that you arrive no earlier than 12:15pm! Our wedding party is busy putting together the final touches, and we can't risk anyone seeing the bride!

Question

Can I bring children or a plus one?

Answer

While we would love to have EVERYONE join us, only the individuals listed on your RSVP are invited. Please do not bring your tiny humans, friends, family, or significant others. We hope you understand that we put a lot of thought into our guest list to include only our most important family and friends!

Question

Can I take pictures/post on social media?

Answer

We ask that guests refrain from taking photos/videos during our ceremony. The grooms parents have hired a wonderful photographer who will capture the most amazing aspects of this moment! When it comes to the reception, feel free to take all the pictures in the world! (Just make sure to send them to the happy couple!) We ask that guests wait to post on social media until they have seen the couples first 'official' wedding post!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Something 'Slightly formal' - Casual with a formal flare! This could be a dress, skirt, or collared shirt! Please avoid jeans if possible :) Please also avoid very bright colored, or patterned outfits - we want all the focus to be on Haley's dress! We are big fans of being comfortable; Don't wear something you can't wear all day!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at our church, which will have plenty of parking for everyone! In the event that the parking lot is full, all the roads surrounding the church allow parking, and guests can park on the side streets!

Question

What food will be served?

Answer

Yes! There will be a late lunch in the form of a "help yourself" pasta bar :) Unfortunately, due to our budget, we are unable to accommodate all food allergies/sensitivities but have done our best to ensure that there are gluten free and lactose free items for those that need them :)

Question

I have questions that haven't been addressed here - who should I contact?

Answer

Please send all other questions to bhyenger@gmail.com Thank you!
