Yes -- there is a shuttle service pickup at Residence Inn to and from Gerry Ranch. Shuttles will arrive at 3:30 pm and depart at 3:45 pm.
Please plan to arrive at 4 pm before the ceremony begins at 4:30 pm to ensure you’re seated and settled before we say “I do”!

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Gerry Ranch, so you won’t have to travel between events.
Yes, there is a large complimentary self-parking lot on-site at the venue. We will have a shuttle service as well, and ride shares are available but limited.

October in Santa Rosa Valley usually brings beautiful fall weather—sunny skies, light breezes, and little chance of rain. We recommend bringing a light layer for later in the day, especially if you plan to stay for the whole celebration!
