Dress code: for ladies colourful dresses (Indo-Western), for men a kurta shirt and light trousers

Haldi: A paste of turmeric, oil, and water is applied to the bride and groom for purification and blessings. Mehndi: Henna is applied to the bride’s hands and feet, in a social gathering.

Sangeet (Rehearsal Dinner)

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Dress code: for ladies a pre-draped saree, lightweight lehenga or palazzo set, for men a suit or kurta waistcoat and trousers

Rehearsal dinner and sangeet merge in an Indo-Western wedding, combining the Western tradition of a pre-wedding dinner with the vibrant Indian celebration of music, choreographed dance, food, and colourful attire.

Wedding Ceremony

1:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Dress code: for ladies a saree, lehenga or sharara set, for men a bandghala (closed neck jacket) or kurta set

For ladies, please avoid red colour outfit

Reception

7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
