When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please do your best to RSVP by 5/10/2022. You can reply a little later for the corn hole tourney (5/30/2022).

How much does it cost to attend?

Answer

$75 per person, max $350 per family; ages 6 and under are no cost. Venmo or Zelle payment to Julia (@JuliaSadd or 804-901-0750). You may also may also write a check payable to Kathleen Anderson and mail to 12833 Spring Run Road, Midlothian, VA 23112. No problem if you want to save postage and bring check to the event. If cost is a factor in deciding whether or not to attend, please give what you can and come join us for the festivities!

Is transportation provided from airport to hotel/hotel to BFR?

Answer

If you let us know your flight information, we will do our best to pick you up and airport and bring you to hotel and/or Anderson Homestead. If enough interest, will rent a 15 passenger van and have you chauffeured to and fro! Text Julia 804.901.0750 with flight details.

Is there parking for the reunion?

Answer

Yes. There will plenty of on site parking available. Up close parking reserved for our family with limited mobility. Parking attendants will be directing!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please review the planned menus on the website. If additional dietary accommodations need to be made, please reach out and let us know!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Make sure to check the weather and dress comfortably. This is an outdoor event on asphalt and grass. Shade and a pool are available! (Some towels will be available for the pool, but bring your own if possible.)

What should I/we bring?

Answer

We are doing our best to have everything available for you, but if possible, bring a towel if you plan to go in the pool. Also, if there is something that you and/or your family absolutely cannot live without, bring that too!

Is the reunion outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The reunion will be held outdoors, on a mix of asphalt and grass. Plenty of tables, chairs, and shade available. If you would like to bring your own camp chairs for around the campfire—that would be great!
