What is the parking situation?

Downtown Highwood has lots of free street parking and free neighborhood parking if you’re willing to walk a few blocks. Our wedding is early enough you should have no problem finding a spot within a few blocks of the venue.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. Its an adult venue with the brewing of liquor and is not child friendly. We’re hoping this means a fun date night for you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Hell no. It’s a party folks, and we want you to be comfortable. It’s a cocktail vibe, so feel free to participate in that if you’d like. If for you, that’s a ballgown or your pajamas, we’re into that.

Is there a wedding party?

Nope. We are excited that so many of our closest friends and family will be in one place. We hope you enjoy getting to know each other!

28 Mile is within walking distance of the Highwood stop on the Union Pacific Northwest Metra line. Also the northwest suburbs of Chicago are very driving friendly.

Are there Covid things I should be aware of?

Answer

Luckily not at this time. We will keep in touch with the venue and an eye on the health restrictions in Lake County. For now, we are able to behave as if we are in the before times.
