Question

How do I check-in when I get to camp?

Answer

TBD

Question

I'm staying at camp, where can I grab breakfast and lunch?

Answer

Meals are provided if you're staying onsite. if you're staying at the hotel nearby and want to join us for lunch on the big day, please email PaddenGaines@gmail.com

Question

Weather

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather. Please bring umbrellas and rain boots just in case the weather doesn't agree with our plans.

Question

What's the attire for the weekend?

Answer

The wedding is cocktail attire, but all other events are casual. Because it is outdoors, we would probably advise against stiletto heals and recommend wedges or flats instead. Check the weather before coming, and if need be, you can always wear rain boots to the reception and change when you get there. Don't forget sweatshirts or warmer clothes for cooler evenings.

Question

I'm staying in a cabin, what do I need to bring?

Answer

The cabins are onsite, cute, and cozy, but they are bare bones., though they have heat and AC and each bedroom has its own bathroom. We will provide towels, sheets, pillows and soap, but please bring anything else you may need for your stay. The rooms do not have hair dyers, shampoo, or conditioner, but I'm sure there will be plenty available to borrow and share!

Question

What are the cabins like?

Answer

The cabins are simple, but should be comfy and convenient for your weekend stay. Many of the cabins sleep 4-12 people in twin bunks, so if you are willing to share a cabin, please fill out this RSVP form and let us know. The bigger cabins that sleep 12 have 2 private bathrooms. No problem if you prefer a cabin just for you and your partner, but be prepared for some extra beds in your cabin. Each cabin has an attached bathroom, and we will provide sheets, towels, and pillows. Each cabin also has AC and heat.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We prefer that kids not attend the wedding ceremony and reception; however, first and foremost we want you to be able to come! If you need to bring kids for the weekend, they are more than welcome Friday night and during the day-time events on Saturday. For the ceremony, we can help find local babysitters to watch your little ones so you can cut loose on the dance floor.

Question

I'm checking in on Saturday, what do I do?

Answer

If you're only staying for one night, be sure to check the schedule page for details so you can determine what time you'll want to arrive on Saturday. Find TBD at TBD to get directions to your cabin. and please reach out to TBD at XXX-XXX-XXXX if you have questions when you arrive. You could also consider asking a friend who is already there to get your cabin details so that they can show you to your room.
