Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors and the rest of the evening will be indoors. We do have a back up plan in the case of rain. The ceremony is in an area that is concrete and you will not have to walk in the grass. The grass is actually off limits to everyone.

What is the parking like?

Answer

The parking lot is gravel so please be careful if you wear heals.

What do I need to know?

Answer

This will be a multi cultural wedding. There will be food, entertainment, music and dress from German and American cultures. It will be unlike anything you have ever seen before. Please be respectful of our loved ones differences.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony the couple, family and bridal party will be taking pictures. Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres will be available inside the venue in the cocktail area.

Are kids welcome ?

Answer

Due to accommodation limitations we are only able to accommodate the children of close family members. Please lookout for your seat count on your invitations. Besides that neither the language nor the entertainment is made for kids. For that reason we are wishing to have a mainly " adult only" wedding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will have several food stations set up with a good variety of food. There should be something for everyone, but please don`t hesitate and let us know about your concerns.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please no later than November 30th. Since it is going to be a bavarian / american wedding we do have many vendors that will have to order certain things ahead of time and will need a head count.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Since we will have families and friends from all over the united states and germany attend we can not accommodate any plus ones. But we are definitely including long-term partners. Please check your save the date card/ invitations for more information.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We will post hotel recommendations / blocks on the website once we get closer to the date. You will also receive the information with your invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. The dress code is proper cocktail attire. It is unaccustomed to dress in jeans and a t-shirt so please do not.

Can I bring my skateboard

Answer

No. Although there will be a few people with their skateboards, it is strictly for show. We are not allowed to skateboard on the venues property. I will slap the absolute dog shit out of you. (words specifically from me, Mason...bitch)
