Question

What are your Covid-19 protocols and safety measures?

Answer

We will continue to monitor Covid-19 variants locally and will be in accordance with the CDC guidelines. At this time we are requesting guests to have a Covid vaccine or negative Covid test prior to the wedding. Our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. Please note, we are requesting guests to wear masks around the indoor spaces. Masks will be available and hand sanitizer stations will be present throughout the venue.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We hope our wedding will be a wonderful excuse to wear your favorite cocktail attire! This is an outdoor wedding with a variety of walking surfaces (think turf and some gravel) so we hope guests keep this in mind.

Question

Can I take pictures at the ceremony?

Answer

This will be an unplugged ceremony so please no phones or cameras. We have an amazing team capturing the moment, and we would love everyone to be present!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is RSVP only. We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adult-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Our venue has indicated that parking has never been a major issue for guests. Free parking is available on the street near the venue but please review any parking signage. Parking is also available at Girls Inc. across the street. Carpooling and ridesharing are a great option since the hotel blocks are located less than 1 mile away from the venue.

Question

Should we rent a car?

Answer

Unfortunately there is no easy answer to this. Maybe! DFW is very spread out and if you are looking to explore both Fort Worth and Dallas during your stay, a rental car may be a better option. If you plan to stay in one of the hotel blocks and explore downtown Fort Worth, ridesharing should be sufficient.
