Yes, a venue attendant will be checking vaccine cards prior to entering the Athenaeum.
The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors so masks will not be required in these areas. Masks are encouraged indoors. Please note that masking policy is subject to change based on venue and local regulations.
We are kindly requesting that everyone have a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of our celebration. We prefer a negative PCR test but a rapid at home antigen test is also acceptable.
Yes! A rapid at-home Antigen test will suffice as well. We truly do appreciate everyone's efforts to get tested before our celebration.
If you've tested positive for COVID-19 in the past, you do not have to test again for 90 days from symptom onset, if you became ill, or from the date of your positive test, if you remained asymptomatic. If it has been more than 90 days on the day of our celebration, please plan to retest.
First off, congratulations on getting vaccinated! If it is too soon for you to get a booster, that's fine. If you qualify for a booster though and have not received it yet, please get boosted before the celebration. Please visit the CDC website for COVID-19 booster guidance: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/booster-shot.html?s_cid=11706:cdc%20covid%20booster:sem.ga:p:RG:GM:gen:PTN:FY22
