Please RSVP by October 1st, 2021. We want to be sure we have enough time to wrap up all the small details.
We are going to try to accommodate everyone the best we can. For those wondering/wanting to make sure, we will include their name(s) on your invite if we will be expecting your children to attend.
Unfortunately, we are not planning on bus services. We really want you all to get home safe. So, if you plan on having a drink or two (or three or four), PLEASE arrange for a ride home.
There is limited parking. There are 3 lots. The lower lot is reserved for older/handicapped people. The middle lot fills first. The top lot is the last resort but younger-looking people will be asked to park there once the middle lot is full. Our best advice is to CARPOOL! :)
We want to start the ceremony at 3:00pm. So if you plan to be there by around 2:00pm, that would be great! There will be staff to direct you where to park and where to go from the lot.
No dress code! But if you are looking for colors to avoid, the wedding party is wearing navy blue and burgundy.
Due to the guest limit at HH, some people may not be able to bring a date. You are allowed to bring a Plus 1 if that is stated on your invite. If your invite is only your name, we were unable to find room for you to bring a date.
Yes. Please call or text Marissa if there are any food allergies. We will do our best to accommodate you! 607-353-2914
We do not have a wedding registry. We have been living together for quite some time now and have acquired everything we could possibly need (and more!). We have included a registry page here on Zola. There, you will find our honeymoon/home improvement fund. We would love any and all donations in place of a physical gift. If you still feel like you would rather gift us with something physical, please feel free to do so. We will appreciate anything and everything from our loved ones.
Both! The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting). The cocktail hour will be on the covered patio behind the barn. The reception will take place indoors, inside the barn.
Yes and no. We would appreciate it if your phones were put away/silenced during the ceremony. We plan on having our officiant make an announcement to remind everyone to keep their phones/devices away during that intimate time. After the ceremony you’re more than welcome to take as many photos as you want!
No. All the venue asks is that you stay at least 10ft away from the barn when smoking. There is an uncovered patio behind the barn that you are welcome to use. There will be smoke buckets placed around the barn to dispose of used cigars/cigarettes.
