A pre-stamped RSVP postcard was included with your wedding invitation. We ask that you RSVP no later than August 20, 2025. Due to needing to give a final guest count to our vendors, if your RSVP is not received in a timely manner you will be marked down as not attending. We will miss celebrating with you!
We want everyone to look and feel their best! We ask that you please wear cocktail attire. For women we recommend wearing a cocktail dress, jumpsuit or pantsuit. For men we recommend wearing a suit & tie or a button-up shirt with khakis and dress shoes/cowboy boots. Please no jeans or leggings. Cowboy hats are welcome; we ask that you refrain from wearing them until after the ceremony has concluded.
We are so excited to celebrate our wedding day with our closest family & friends! Due to the capacity of our venue, we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. The number of seats reserved in your honor will be noted on your RSVP postcard.
The ceremony will take place outside (unless it rains) and the reception will be indoors. Please be mindful of footwear as guests will be required to walk on grass for the ceremony.
We ask that guests arrive by 3:30 as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4. We will have live music starting 30 minutes prior to the ceremony; feel free to arrive early and enjoy it.
We ask that you please put your phones on silent and away during the ceremony so you can live in the moment. We have hired an incredible photographer named Kyla and a videographer name Liz. They will capture any moments you may be worried about missing.
At 9 PM there will be a fireworks display. After the conclusion of the fireworks, we recommend that all guests under 16 and those sensitive to explicit lyrics depart. We want everyone to have fun, so please use your own discretion.
