Question

Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

We reserved a limited number of rooms at the Magnolia Hotel in Denver. This is a good deal for the summer, and in a great location with many nearby activities. Please reserve your room at https://bit.ly/2P9yMu5 Limited space available, book ASAP to guarantee rate and availability. Please contact us at beverlyandjesse@gmail.com if there is no space left. We will try to increase the number of rooms reserved. If you wish to stay beyond the dates of the room block on either end, please contact Kathryn Guzinski at kguzinski@magnoliahotels.com and she can arrange a longer stay that honors the room block rates.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Two shuttles will depart from the Magnolia Hotel at 3:00 PM and drop off guests at the venue at 3:45 PM, limited space available. The same two shuttles will leave the venue at approximately 10:15 PM and go back to the hotel. Please e-mail Jesse and Beverly at beverlyandjesse@gmail.com to reserve a spot on the bus to and from the venue. We are no longer offering the smaller and earlier shuttle from the venue at 8:30 PM. We will send out further information via e-mail for those who signed up for a bus spot, first come first serve. Uber and Lyft are available to and from the venue, and we will try to get a discounted rate.

How far is the venue from Denver?

Answer

From Denver's Union station in LoDo, the venue is approximately 35 minutes to Woodlands in Morrison

Question

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Semi-formal. Our colors are dusty blue and gold.

Is there parking available at the ceremony and reception venue?

Answer

There is a parking lot for about 60 cars

Question

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony and cocktail hour is planned to be outdoors on turf (ladies, heels are fine!). Reception is indoors.

Question

Can we smoke cannabis or have edibles at the wedding?

Answer

While legal in Colorado, cannabis is not allowed on the venue premises. If caught, vendors have the legal right to confiscate due to liability.
